Baby Land

We are half way there and all is well in baby land!! These first 20 weeks have gone fast, for which i am glad....but then i realized that probably meant the next 20 were going to go just as fast. Yikes!!!! Slowly the baby gear is trickling into the house. We had this ultrasound on Monday and were very happy to hear that the baby looks great and everything is good in there. And i was so glad that this time it really looked like a baby. Chris was betting that i would not be able to NOT find out what the gender of the baby was, but i did!!! I made sure the tech knew i did not want to know so this one will be a surprise. At birth it is!!! i have this picture hanging on my fridge and i often go into the kitchen and then catch myself just staring at it...it is a real baby. We are excited to meet you baby!

I love the 20wk U/S!! What a great picture! Way to go on not finding out...we did that with our daughter...and she's our only girl! :) It was a fun surprise at the birth.
So glad everything is going well- I can't believe you're already half way there!

Yay! Congratulations on growing a healthy baby!

Is this the first time you're being surprised by the gender? Cooper was my first surprise, and while I didn't think I could stand it, it ended up being so wonderful waiting until the birth.

Congratulations! That is so exciting! I think I would have another one if I wasn't so dang old! At almost 39, I'm afraid of the risks. That will be exciting to wait and find out at birth! We found out with both of ours, and like you said, I think it would be tough to not find out! Way to go!

How wonderful! I can just feel the excitement. Have the kids felt the new little one move around yet? My guys thought that was the coolest thing!

What a sweet ultrasound picture...is it crazy that I have had enough babies to be able to see these and know exactly what I am looking at? I still love to look at my ultrasound pictures, theres just something so amazingly precious about them.
