The January Book of Days has been so much fun for us. One of the best things so far was the "eggsperiment". We put our egg in the vinegar and just watched and waited... Can you see what happened? By the time we took it out it was all wiggly and jiggly. Avery thought it was disgusting so she refused to even touch it. Mitch thought it was awesome! Figures!
We also made January's recipe,Peanut Butter Snowballs. I think we thought that they would be cookies but in the end they turned out to be candy. Very rich and very tasty. Mitchell rolled and Avery helped me dip them all in chocolate. She said that dipping was much more fun than rolling and that she was enjoying this much more.
They turned out pretty didn't they?

I love the Book of Days. Do you really, really, really recommend it? Money's tight around here. Lol.
those do look yummy - can't go wrong with peanutbutter :D
I'm beginning to think that I might have to get a copy of the book of days. The peanut butter balls looks great.
um, YUM. Your blog always makes me hungry :) Oh and I used to love to do the egg vinegar thing. I'd just make them for fun every once in a while. Who knows what my mom thought of that :)
Is it like a Jello jiggler egg? Those are so cool.
PB--yum!!!
they look lovely----the yummies, not the eggs! I want to get that book after seeing your posts!
