Proof

Yup we are still here....still plugging along...still schooling, crafting, sewing and baby growing. But i am having a serious lack of creativity and inspiration when it comes to blogging. I am slowing down a little.....but i am here and reading all of your lovely blogs, enjoying what everyone else is doing while i finish up my dead-lined projects.....breast cancer quilt, Christmas tree skirt and Christmas quilt! I promise i will show and share when i get them to a point worth showing!!!

A certain little man around here is not lacking in creativity...he was a old man last night(beard and mustache made from paper)...but if you look real close you can see that the tooth fairy has been here again. To the cheers and jeers of a crowd of teenage boys(college students my husband works with) Mitchell used a plastic spoon and pried his tooth out of his head! Crazy i know.

okay, that beats the tying the string to the doorknob and slamming the door method we have seen tried here!

what an awesome time in your life! take care of mama, we're kinda fond of her!

I would have loved to see that tooth extraction. ;)

sounds like quite the tooth adventure! I love the beard. I made mustaches on sticks for our wedding photos last weekend and it was so much fun.

He was bound and determined to pull it out somehow!! Now, digging it out..that is a different idea.

That is so funny. I can just see the cadets cheering on that sort of thing. Thanks for being the first to comment on my blog after I had had such a long break from blogging. We are adjusting to homeschooling and I think it's great. Now if I were just a little younger so I could add to our family too! Hope you are getting plenty of rest as you wind down your pregnancy. ( I actually have no idea when baby is due, just assuming.)

Making a baby and then keeping it alive takes so much energy!

I knew there was a reason we betrothed Ella and he. He's a man after my heart. I always pulled my own teeth out. Not as crafty as he was though. Congrats Mitchell!

It's amazing how much energy and creativity kids have! This is an adorable picture. And OUCH! I can't believe he used a spoon to help wiggle his tooth out. Wow.

Stick a few cottonwool balls on that beard and he could have a Santa costume! :-)

I got your message, dear friend... I will call you soon... it was GOOD to hear your voice on my machine, but I worried that I'd lost track of time and you had a baby... well, I did lose track of time, but thankfully I haven't missed sweet baby's arrival... I am praying for you, dear friend... I'm looking forward to catching up. THANK YOU for calling me...

Slowing down is always OK! I can't wait to see your quilts...you are really talented:). Love how your son pries teeth out. Super creative!
