Crafty Reads
I just got these books this weekend. I love getting stuff in the mail, but i think i have mentioned that before! I have been looking at all of these for a long time now, but never indulging and buying them for myself. I could wait no longer, so i went ahead and ordered them. I have my first sewing project planned, it is even all cut out and waiting to go. I hope it turns out. I should have pictures of it soon. Until that is made i think i am just going to keep pouring over these and dreaming of more projects to make.

Oooh I was holding that exact Amy Butler book yesterday...and then remembered I don't sew. Her fabric is amazing...love the quilt in that book!
There was another book called sweater surgery that I was thinking of picking up...have you seen that one?
Oh my. I have two out of three. Bend the rules is next on my wishlist!
mary, that Amy Butler book has the pj pants pattern i was telling you about that you could use your vintage holly hobby for.
I have the top two books and love them! Another one I am enjoying now is "A is for Apron". I LOVE aprons! Deb at "as we walk" sent me your blog. She said you were thinking about Konos for the fall. We are starting with Obedience in September and the kids can't wait, they have already read most of the books I got at the homeschool convention I went to a few weeks ago!
I have Bend-The-Rules - it's a good one!
