I found a recipe for PB Balls. When i was little my mom used to make peanut butter playdoh. It was so yummy, but these days i have a aversion to corn syrup. We try to keep it out of the things we buy, so since it was a main ingredient to my mom's recipe, i just have not been able to bring myself to make it for the kids. There is a possibility that sheer nostalgia will break me down, but so far i have been strong. Besides when i told Avery that Grammy's had corn syrup in it, she looked completely shocked and told me that it was "yucky, no thanks". Clearly the message is getting through. She is a good little kitchen helper...doesn't she looked thrilled to be stirring...?!! Either that or she is a little delirious. oh and please, ignore the mess and overflowing garbage. yikes.

Are they scrumptious? That might be a great thing to take to work. If only Avery would stir mine...
oh yes...they are very yummy...i forgot that we also added golden raisin to half our batch and that was a nice balance for the PB.
I will have to try it. I need just a little something at times to keep me from getting sick and this may do it. Carbs and sugars work best for me. I try to throw proteins in there for more of a healthier balance...hmmm...will have to try.
this recipe seems to be able to give you the taste of the edible playdough. Did you "play" with yours?
