Mary, run don't walk right on down to your local whole foods and get yourself some of these. You have to try them, they are like little sweet rice and mango icey pops! I have spent nearly my whole summer looking for a healthy alternative to the old school otter pops for my kids...and while on vacation i found these. They are so so yummy.
And thank you very much for the recipe...we made Chicken "Bob" for dinner last night. Rolled up in these little lettuce leaves. Very very tasty! If anyone is interested you can find the recipe over at Mary's blog, here.
