This past weekend we had a chance to go to one of the local apple festivals. Here in the northeast there are fall festivals aplenty!! The views from the orchards were amazing. The picture does not come close to doing it justice.
We got to go on a wagon ride through the orchards. The kids loved it. As soon as we went through the gate Mitch started asking where was the "tore"(tour) and when were we going to go on it.
there was a craft fair, llamas, a ballet exhibition...cider, donuts and plenty of people.

If you make it done this weekend, Adams in Newburgh is having their October Fest or some such name. We thought we'd go over to it and you could buy a few cannolis. Did I spell that right?
Did you get many apples?
How fun! Apple picking and hayrides..oh my!
no, we did not pick apples there...there were too many people roaming the orchards...i like the peace and quiet of a cool morning in the orchard alone. We are going in a few days
LLAMAS?!?!?! We are going to an Apple Festival on Sunday and I dont think they will have llamas. We missed the Alpaca festival this year.:o(
